True HEPA Filter

The AirPura R600 Multipurpose air purifier employs large 2-inch deep True HEPA filter with 40 sq. ft. of HEPA media. The medical grade True HEPA filter traps over 99.97% of all solid airborne contaminants down to 0.3 micron in size and provides an exceptional protection from exposure to sub-micron allergens.
The range of solid airborne pollutants effectively removed by True HEPA filter in R600 includes:

Available Adsorbents

Coconut Shell (standard adsorbent)
The AirPura R600 filter canister is filled with activated granular carbon from coconut shell as a standard adsorbent. The coconut shell carbon is a common type of adsorbent widely used in high performance air purifiers for effective removal of wide range of regular chemicals and noxious odors in residential, institutional and commercial indoor environment.

Anthracite (optional)
The anthracite coal based activated carbon is available in AirPura R600 at no extra cost.
The Anthracite adsorbent is essential alternative to a Coconut shell carbon available to individuals with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), as it doesn't release a very light sweet smell attributed to Coconut shell carbon. The Anthracite based activated carbon is also known for its ability to effectively adsorb petroleum based and hydrocarbon chemicals.

Polyester Pre-filter (Standard)

The Polyester based Pre-filter forms the first stage of AirPura R600 air filtration system. The purpose of pre-filter is to traps most larger particulates and extend True HEPA filter's lifetime by preventing it from fast contamination by large dust and dirt particles.
Pre-filter can be vacuumed from outside right through the metal grill of air purifier's polluted air intake, and has to be replaced when it gets very dirty or ruined (typically every 9 to 12 months).

Unbleached Pesticide-Free Cotton Pre-Filter (optional)

Unbleached Pesticide-free cotton pre-filter is available options instead of a standard polyester based pre-filter for concerned individuals.

Super HEPA Filter - AirPura R614

The AirPura R600 can be equipped with Optional 99.99% @ 0.3 micron efficiency Super HEPA filter instead of the standard 99.97% @ 0.3 micron efficiency True HEPA filter at extra cost. The Super HEPA filter has a higher filtration efficiency in trapping sub-micron allergens and dust, and offers a Superior level of protection to individuals with respiratory illnesses and diseases. The designated model number for AirPura R600 equipped with a Super HEPA filter is AirPura R614.

Integrated Motor Fan Assembly

AirPura R600 is equipped with a powerful, yet energy efficient single piece integrated Motor/Fan and a variable speed control.
The motor/fan is rated at 560 CFM of air flow (open air) and 450 CFM with filters installed.
The variable speed control allows to easily set up the optimal air flow for various air cleaning requirements or a time of the day.
The AirPura R600 one-piece integrated Motor/Fan assembly is factory balanced to ensure a vibration and noise-free operation.
The compact design of a motor / fan takes minimal space and allows to accommodate larger filters.
The AirPura R600 electric motor and electric components are placed in separate chamber.
This design helps eliminate the contact of the already filtered air with air purifier components and prevent its re-contamination.

AirPura R600 air purifiers are shipped in durable triple-wall corrugated cardboard boxes with abundant padding and cushioning.
The packaging provides excellent protection from possible damages in transit under most circumstances.
Nevertheless, it is strongly recommended to inspect the shipping box and the content for possible damages in transit.
If the unit is found to be Damaged or Defective upon arrival, it will be promptly replaced with new one Free of Charge.
The problem with the unit has to be reported to the carrier and to our company's customer service without a delay to arrange a prompt replacement.
