Amaircare 7500 AirWash Cart Air Purifier draws the polluted air in through two 12" x 10" intake doors at the top panel of the unit equipped with aluminum mesh filters. The air is pulled by Two powerful motor / fans through the Dual air filtration system. The purified air is returned back into the room through two 8-inch diameter duct collar outlets on its side. The duct collar outlets can be easily connected to a flexible or rigid ventilation hose to create the negative or positive pressure rooms.

The Amaircare 7500 AirWash Cart employs a High-Efficiency DUAL HEPA and Carbon customizable 3-Stage air filtration system. It consists of Two Full Sets of Pre-filters, True HEPA filters and Carbon filters.

Pre-Filter - 1st Stage

The Amaircare 7500 AirWash Cart's first stage is a foam pre-filter. The foam pre-filter wraps around the True HEPA filter or the optional Ultra VOC canister. The foam pre-filter captures large dust and dirt particles. It is washable and re-usable filter and lasts for up to 12 months.
One replacement foam pre-filter is included with Standard,  Plus or Ultra Annual Filter kits for Amaircare 7500 AirWash Cart.

True HEPA Filter - 2nd Stage (requires two) The 16-inch tall Easy-Twist True HEPA filter s a 2nd Stage of Amaircare 7500 AirWash Cart air filtration system. Each True HEPA fllter is packed with a whopping 100 sq. ft. of certified True HEPA filter media. This makes Amaircare 7500 AirWash Cart air purifier a True powerhouse in trapping of all allergens and dust and ensures a long filter's lifetime - up to 3 to 5+ years. The Easy-Twist HEPA filter design ensures a 100% seal of the filter chamber and guarantees that no polluted air by-passes the filters.

Activated Carbon Filter - 3rd Stage (requires two)

Carbon Blanket Filter (standard - requires two)

The standard carbon blanket filter is a 1/2' thick non-woven polyester based filter imbued 200% with Activated Carbon. It provides an adequate removal of most regular household chemicals and odors, including cigarette smoke.
The carbon blanket filter's lifetime: 6 month (on average).
A sets of 4 replacement Carbon blanket filters is included with each Amaircare 7500 AirWash Cart Standard Annual Filter Kit.

VOC Filter Canister (optional - requires two)

The optional VOC Canister can be used instead of carbon blanket filter to boost the air filtration efficiency of the 7500 AirWash Cart for hazardous VOCs and other toxic chemical substances released by household items, office electronics, construction materials, etc.
The VOC canister is filled with 6 lbs (2.72 kg) of either 100% Activated Carbon or Amaircare's proprietary Formaldezorb adsorbent.
The Formaldezorb adsorbent is a special blend designed to significantly improve the adsorption capacity for Formaldehyde, VOCs, pesticides, ammonia and other specific chemicals.
The VOC canister's lifetime: up to 12 months.

ULTRA VOC Filter Canister (optional - requires two) The ULTRA VOC canister offers a massive amount (30 lbs. / 13.6 kg) of 100% activated carbon. That huge amount of adsorbent combined along with the extended dwelling time in a deep carbon bed delivers a superior air filtration efficiency in removal of most hazardous VOCs, dangerous chemical substances in high concentrations. The specially formulated adsorbent blends are available on demand at extra cost to target specific groups of chemicals. The ULTRA VOC canister is included with Amaircare Ultra Annual Filter Kit Important Notice! The ULTRA VOC Canister can only be installed instead of one or both True HEPA filters in 7500 AirWash Cart. Amaircare 7500 AirWash Cart commercial air purifier employs Two Identical Powerful thermally protected insulated motors with centrifugal fan.
The one-piece Motor/Fan assembly is perfectly balanced at the factory to ensure a vibration and noise-free operation.
The motor is rated for a long continuous operation at high RPM and is run tested for 50,000 hours of continuous operation.
The level of noise ranges from 37 dB on Low to 69 dB on High at 6 foot distance.
The variable rotary speed control with On/Off position allows to gradually change the delivered air flow from 500 CFM to an impressive 1000 CFM on High.

The heavy duty wheels with swivel front wheel casters ensures a high level of mobility and maneuverability even in very tight spaces.
Dual 12" x 10" Polluted air intake at the top of the unit. The Aluminum mesh pre-filters cover each air intake to trap large dust and dirt particles.
The purified air is vented out through Two 8" diameter air outflows with duct collars on the side of the unit.

The 8-inch diameter duct collars allow for fast and easy connection to a flexible or rigid air hose to create the negative or positive pressure rooms.
