True HEPA Filter traps all sub-micron airborne particlates down to 0.3 micron in size at a rate of over 99.97%. This size range includes airborne contaminates: pollen, mold spores, plant spores, ground talc, house dust mites and debris, pet dander, bird feather dust, microscopic particles in cigar and cigarette smoke, wildfire smoke, smoke from wood burning stove or furnace, etc.
Generous amount of True HEPA media (30 sq. ft.) renders a significant filtration capacity and a long filter's lifetime - typically up to 3 to 5 years in normal residential conditions.
